Effective as of January 1, 2013

HUMVEE C–SERIES PARTS AND ACCESSORIES   EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY

AM General warrants that if any of the parts provided in the Genuine HUMVEE® C–Series parts kit purchased from AM General are found to have defects in material or workmanship, and the defect is exhibited within a period of 12 months from the date of the HUMVEE C–Series delivery, AM General will replace the subject part at its sole discretion in accordance with additional terms of this warranty. This warranty applies to all HUMVEE C–Series parts. This is not a vehicle and AM General does not warrant the Owner's assembly of parts. Owner must retain the invoice copy of the original sales slip to validate date of delivery. A warranty claim may be submitted for parts only. Labor will not be reimbursed. Prior authorization is required.

OVER-THE-COUNTER ACCESSORIES

AM General warrants that if genuine AM General accessories puchased from AM General and sold over–the–counter are found to have defects in material or workmanship, and the defect is exhibited within a period of 12 months from the date of original retail sale, AM General will replace the subject accessory at its sole discretion in accordance with additional terms of this warranty. Claim may be submitted for parts only. Labor will not be reimbursed. Prior authorization is required.

RETURN OF DAMAGED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Parts and Accessories that are received by the Owner in a damaged condition may be returned to AM General only after receiving prior approval from AM General Customer Service. In order to obtain permission, Owner must contact AM General for prior approval. If approved by AM General Customer Service, the parts, along with a copy of the invoice, authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip should be returned prepaid to:

NOTE: Any part(s) returned to AM General without prior authorization will be returned to the Owner freight collect.

When these Parts and Accessories are received at AM General they will be inspected. After final resolution has been made by AM General, in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager approval, credit will be issued.

SHORTAGES IN PARTS SHIPMENTS

If the Owner receives a shipment that does not contain all of the Parts and Accessories identified on the shipment Packing Slip (a "shorted part" order), Owner must notify AM General within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. AM General will then ship the replacement parts at no charge to the Owner.
